Live signals show the last 60 seconds of latency, frame rate, loss, FEC, and physical multicast ingress throughput. Physical-path boundary latency stays blank until packet, decode, render, and transport attribution evidence is complete.

Publishing must bind track discovery, subscriptions, and revocation to the logged-in namespace. The public playback catalog does not grant that authority.
